You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. We will charge your payment method on the subscription start date and then according to the billing cycle of your chosen plan. We may change our prices at any time. If we increase prices for your subscription plan, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the updated price.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and AppVanta agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within San Francisco County, California.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
